Had a great time here, was a gorgeous day on the harbor and great time to just sit and have some tuna dip. They have an awesome policy to show they pay fair wage and tell you tipping is completely optional and not required. The mojito was okay (mint wasn't muddled) but I had a great time and they have a great selection. The staff was kind and they weren't busy, so they were happy to be conversational. Worth a shot.
Add this to your agenda! We had a great meal and experience tonight at East Pass Seafood & Oyster. Our server, Meg was wonderful. It was our first visit. Meg explained, East Pass is small business restaurant and they appreciated our visit. She offered suggestion on our meals. She explained their gratuity process. (Service and food well worth it) We had Blackened Redfish and the Grilled Mahi Mahi. Both came with roasted potatoes and green beans, delicious! My husband wanted to try Oysters (first time experience) we ordered 6, he loved them. Meg was great at offering help in explaining how to enjoy them. (I tried one, it was nothing like I expected, it was good) Sorry I didn't take pictures before we are them. Please add them to your visit to the Destin area, you won't be disappointed. They offer outside dining, but it was a bit windy tonight.
East Pass is an oyster gem! Their oysters are incredibly fresh, and expertly shucked. Beyond oysters, the menu dazzles with dishes like fresh Nola and Mahi Mahi that melt in your mouth. The ambiance is a perfect blend of beach and clean restaurant with nautical decor and soothing sounds of the ocean and boats passing by. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about serving, making the dining experience exceptional. We highly recommend Mari, she was very attentive, recommended items, and thoroughly explained the 20% included information. We had two fun cocktails - watermelon margarita and fisherman's cocktail. Delish and refreshing. In short, East Pass offers a great dining experience. Highly recommended!
My family and I are staying at Emerald Grande on the Harbor boardwalk and decided to eat here. The food was great! Very flavorful and no complaints from anyone in my group. The service was great as well. We got in pretty quick on a Monday night. Wasn't crowded at all. This is in June to be clear. The restaurant is pretty big, with ocean views as well. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
Location is great. It's right on the Marina and is very large. We mostly had cocktails and snacks but the Tuna Fish Dip and Fried Pickles for $7.00 Each was a killer deal. Evan ouour bartender was super helpful, and unlike so many Florida bartenders mentioned all the Happy Hour Specials and didn't try and to avoid promoting.
